Step 1: Premises: Determine your buildings replacement value, making provision for the cost of rebuilding, professional fees, statutory and site clearance costs. The minimum allowed buildings sum insured is €140,000.

Step 2: With Home Union Options, if your premises is valued at €140,000 the contents of your home can be covered for up to €80,000* - *You can choose one of the six contents cover options - 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 40% or 50% of the premises sum insured.

Step 3: Optional Covers.... Once again Home Union Options scores highly in that you can cover all your personal property requirements in one simple policy by selecting from our extensive range of optional covers, which include:
