May Day Bank Holiday – Pay Early
Please be advised that Friday 1st May 2026 is ‘May Day’ a European Bank Holiday. Settlement between banks for SEPA classic payments and SEPA Direct Debits will be closed on that date.
Payments due to be processed on 1st of May 2026 will not be credited to or debited from accounts as usual.
SEPA Classic payments sent after 12pm on the 30th of April may not be received until Monday the 4th of May .
Incoming payments to our Credit Union will also be impacted and members accounts will be credited later than usual.
SEPA Instant payments will not be affected.

We offer online services which means we can assist you from the comfort of your own home.
- Enter your user name and press “Log in”.
- If you have chosen a login image it will be shown on screen now – if you do not recognise the image do not log in. Please contact your Credit Union instead. If you do recognise the image, enter your password and press “Continue”.
- You will need to verify your request to log in by generating a one time pass code – this will be sent to your registered mobile device. To generate this pass code press “SEND VIA APP or SEND VIA SMS”. If you wish to cancel your attempt to log in, press “Cancel Authorisation”.
- Once received enter the pass code sent to your phone and press “I approve this activity”. If you did not receive a pass code, you can request another one by pressing “resend SMS or OTP”.
- After entering your one time pass code, you will be logged in and brought to your cuOnline+ dashboard.
