That’s why we have highlighted the services that are available to you as a member of Tipperary Credit Union. You can access your account 24/7, pay utility bills, set up direct debits out of your account, transfer funds electronically and get payments such as your salary, pension, social welfare and student grant paid directly to your credit union account.
To help you save we have the facility to carry out Direct Debit payments from your bank account to your credit union account.
You can also set-up Direct Debits out of your credit union account. Why not use this facility to pay your Mortgage, Health Insurance, Sky, ESB and other utility bills.
Call into any of our branches today to get your Direct Debit up and running. Please bring with you:
- Photo ID
- IBAN and BIC for you bank account
- Copy of bill or utility you would like to set-up.
You can transfer money from your bank account to you credit union as a standing order or as once off payments. Your Credit Union account BIC and IBAN can be found on the bottom of your receipts or you can call into any of our branches to get this.
Members can now request an eCheque for savings or loan withdrawals/payouts and the money will be transferred electronically to your nominated bank account.
Have your salary paid into your Credit Union account. You can also get Social Welfare, Pension and Children’s allowance paid directly to your Credit Union account.
We offer payroll deduction facilities to employees of the University of Limerick, Vistakon and Cook Medical.

You can now pay your utility bills over the counter or online from your credit union account. Why not set-up a regular bill payment and avoid large payments every month/year.
For the initial set-up of the payee (bill) we will require a copy of the utility bill.

Simply choose what you would like to be notified of and we will SMS or email you the latest information on your account when it happens.
You can choose to be notified of the following events:
- Your end of day account balance on a regular basis
- When a transaction takes place on your account
- A missed loan payment alert.
- If there has been a deposit or withdrawal from your account.
